Full Tilt Poker has been around since 2004, and is growing rapidly.
It has added (and continues to add) a large list of professional
poker players to its ranks, who routinely play online against other
players. These are not just regular, everyday poker pros, these
are legends such as: Howard Lederer, Chris Ferguson, Allen Cunningham,
Phil Ivey, John Juanda, Mike Matusow, Clonie Gowen, Jennifer Harman
and Erik Seidel.
These sponsored pros are often found playing at all limits in all
variations across Full Tilt, and are available for real-time chat
at the tables. If you're good enough, or win a specific tournament,
you will have the option of playing against different pros. A good
friend of mine has won 2 different tournaments to play against the
pros. He's waiting for the second one, and he came second to the
one pro he's already played.
Starting Up - Full Tilt's Software
Full tilt's software is totally unique - offering a very eye-pleasing
layout and very cool graphics and avatars. It is stable, but can
be a little slow at times. It is very easy to install and use.
The Games
Full Tilt Poker is very unique, as it offers some of the largest
stake games available on the internet, which can often attract both
some of the best players in the world, and some of the richest flounders!
Pots worth hundreds of thousands of dollars are fairly common with

Full Tilt's Loyalty Program
Full tilt also has a loyalty program where players playing frequently
can earn points that they can redeem for merchandise such as poker
books/dvds, clothes, custom jerseys (the jerseys you see the pros
wear, but with your name on it), electronics, etc, or points can
be redeemede for special tournaments and freerolls.
The Players
For traffic on the site, full tilt is one of the biggest (probably
second to Party Poker), and as it continues to increase in size,
competition seems to be weakening. Before, when it was still growing,
and had pros playing on it (obviously) the competition was pretty
fierce. But now, the competition for smaller stake games are about
average.
Customer Service
Full tilt only offers customer service through email. That being
said, however, they seem to be pretty good about getting back to
you fairly quickly.
